About Hisaronu
Hisaronu is a holiday village on the hillside between Fethiye and Oludeniz, about 4 km above the beach. The restaurants, bars and shops along its main street make it the liveliest spot in the area after dark, with music and crowds until late. It is not on the coast; you go down to the beach by dolmus (shared minibus) or car.
Accommodation is mostly apartment hotels with pools and villas; there are few large resorts. The usual pattern is a day on Oludeniz beach and an evening eating and going out in the village. Younger groups looking for nightlife and families with teenagers are the majority; those who want quiet tend to choose neighbouring Ovacik. The walking trail to Kayakoy also starts here.
The road is flat from the airport to Fethiye, then there is a 10-minute winding climb; about 58 km / 60 minutes in total. Roads are wide and the car goes to the hotel or villa door, though gates on some villa complexes are narrow. Late-night arrivals may find the main street busy. Oludeniz is 10 minutes away and Fethiye 15.
Airport meet & greet
